We love Lane Frost merch. I've never had an issue. My last purchase was correct and was delivered in a timely manner. The product is always of great quality. However the last purchase I made I had an understanding that I would receive a free hat and free vintage poster with my purchase which I did not receive. I never made a complaint because I did receive what I purchased. I plan to make another purchase soon.
Button fell off top of hat and cant figure out how to contact yall!!
I work out of town so I got home a week ago ordered hat maybe 3weeks before I got home ive been in town 6 days and the button on the top already fell off. And I cant figure out how to contact any1 for refund or to just pick a different hat and return that 1
