Replacement needed
This was my fault but I ordered the wrong size sweatshirt and reached out to you for guidance on how I might be able to exchange. I was told to ship it back, and if I could prove it you would send me a replacement. I immediately went to UPS and was told the shipping cost would be 38.00. I explained to you in email that the shipping was too expensive and there were no other options provided to me. I was disappointed in the customer service.
