Mystery box was great! Bought it as a Christmas present and they loved everything inside! Shipping took a little longer than expected but it was close to the holidays so that is to be expected. Customer service was very fast with their responses and very helpful! Love everything I’ve ever purchased from Lane Frost!

It's still Lane Frost, just a little disappointing
I reached out regarding a personalized order through the website and was informed that could be done all I needed to do was email the company with the order number with my special request and they would get it taken care of. I asked months in advance if the mystery box could be done with a military twist or tie in for my veteran husband's birthday. When it came time to place the order, I did as per the instructions and emailed the order number and special request as soon as I placed the order. I never received a call or email so assumed there were no issues in fulfilling the special request. However, when the mystery box came in there was nothing in it pertaining to anything military, nothing specialized. My husband was still happy due to it being Lane Frost, however, it is disappointing after being told this is something that could be done.
